Trans-Texas Water Program: southeast area: draft memorandum report: projected water needs and supply of the Upper Neches and Sabine River basins

The scope of work for Phase II of the TTWP studies includes an examination of the projected water requirements of the upper Neches and Sabine Basins through the year 2050, to determine whether those areas are likely to need any of the supply available from the Southeast Area. The wording for that task in the scope of work is reproduced in Appendix B. The methods and results of that analysis are described in this report.
