dc.description.abstractEach year the Texas Coastal Management Program (CMP) funds numerous coastal projects through competitive grants process and undertakes a variety of coastal initiatives aimed at protecting and enhancing 16 coastal natural resource areas (CNRAs). The Coastal Coordination Council (Council) has continued to refine the CMP by improving procedures and internal operations and by increasing efforts to conserve and protect coastal natural resources.en
