This Phase 1 report deals with the pilot scale aeration system development and test results. It does not include information on the other parallel projects -- non-point source and institutional/legal aspects. The ultimate report on aeration feasibility will include the Phase 1 results along with a full-scale design and cost information. This final report will draw from the non-point and institutional studies to assess the overall feasibility of instream aeration for the HSC. The final report is scheduled for submittal in late 1987.en_US
