The Clear Creek Park & Conference Center is planned to provide the citizens of Webster and the surrounding communities with corporate meeting facilities, varied recreational opportunities, and an educational resource that is unique and un-equaled in the area. The planned Clear Creek Park and Conference Center is only one element of the Webster Parks System Master Plan. This master plan prepared by Wilson H. McClain - Landscape Architect and completed in February, 2000 has identified needs and opportunities throughout the City of Webster where existing parks need to be updated, and where new parks should be built. The Clear Creek Park is one of the new parks identified in the master plan.
