Abstract
The following report was prepared during the summer of 1974 in order to partially catalog the status of Texas' current efforts to understand and resolve its costal problems. It was designed and executed to provide a point of departure for staff and other interested individuals in assessing the scope, magnitude, and complexity of the task of coastal management.
