dc.description.abstract	WHEREAS, Pelican desires to construct an oil handling facility on Pelican Island in Galveston County, Texas, capable of berthing vessels requiring drafts in excess of forty feet, and an oil storage terminal and delivery pipelines, all as more particularly hereinafter described; and WHEREAS, Wharves desires that Pelican construct such a facility, and to facilitate the construction of same Wharves desires to enlarge the existing channel from the gulf of Mexico into the Port of Galveston and otherwise cooperate with pelican in the construction of such facility, all as more particularly hereinafter described; NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the mutual covenants of Pelican and Wharves hereinafter set forth, the parties hereto agree as follows:	en
