This publication includes the complete recording of the entire hearing, the list of persons present, a list of exhibits, a list of persons presenting testimony, and all exhibits received by mail prior to the hearing, received by mail after the hearing, and introduced during the hearing. This publication concerns an application of Board of Trustees of the Galveston Wharves and application of Pelican Terminal Corporation for Department of the Army permits to deepen the Galveston Channel, dredge a berthing area, construct docking facilities; to construct pipelines in Galveston Channel, Galveston Bay, Gulf Intracoastal Waterway, Dickinson Bayou, Clear Creek, Horsepen Creek, Armand Bayou, San Jacinto Bay, Houston Ship Channel, San Jacinto River, Scott Bay, East Bay, Lone Oak Bayou, South and North of Taylor Bayou, Hillebrandt Bayou, Highland Bayou, Hall's Bayou, Persimmon Bayou, Chocolate Bayou, New Bayou, Bastrop Bayou, Oyster Creek and Brazos River near Galveston, Houston, Beaumont and Freeport, Texas.en
