dc.description.abstractThis is the second major fish kill on this streth of the Trinity River during the month of July 1985. The third reported kill since May 1985. Low dissolved oxygen concentrations appear to be the major causative agent in each of the fish kills. 28 different locations were sampled. An estimated 85,959 fish were killed in this fish kill. In addition fish were not as large as the previous kill.en_US
