dc.description.abstractThe purposes of this report to the Governor and the 67th Legislature are to present the results of the Department programs for research and monitoring of three finfish species, to review Commission regulations for management of the finfish resources, and to recommend procedures for improving the fishery. Red drum, spotted seatrout, and black drum constitute the bulk of the finfish harvest by sport and commercial fishermen.en_US
