Texas coastal zone legislation

This publication was prepared for presentation to the people of Texas and other states. It is a compilation of Texas coastal zone legislation, constituting the background for and efforts of the Texas Coastal Zone Management Program -- an effective program of coastal resource management. This management program is considered by its proponents to be one which not only looks good on paper; it works. A more complete document is soon to be published (mid-fall) containing additional background information and discussion of implementation strategies.
