A facility designed to function solely as a waste disposal plant is discussed in this paper. A unit of this type, to be constructed near the Houston ship channel, will incinerate many types of wastes from various industrial sources. The economics derived from a large, continuously operated plant, pulse the added possibility of heat and byproduct recovery, are discussed
