dc.description.abstractA study was conducted of flow and water quality representative of wastewater discharge permit renewal conditions in the western Houston area. Four to six replicate measurements were conducted at each of 20 stations. Each location was chosen based on three conditions: (1) had a number of wastewater discharge permits, (2) did not have available flow measurement gages, and (3) did have suitable conditions for flow measurement. This study was conducted in order to decipher how well procedures estimated critical low flows versus field measurements.en_US
