On June 27, 1972, a large amountof used cooking oil from Kim's Shrimp House was dumped into the Sabine Ship Channel. The oil was cleaned up without to much damage to the environment. The production and distribution of this video, emphasising proper disposal of oil and what happens to the environment when oil is dumped into the Bay system, was part of the fine levied against the Fish House.en_US
