Coastal Fisheries Plan, 1982-1983

The objectives are: 1.) to provide, through research, information necessary to protect and conserve the principal forms of marine life; 2.) to enhance opportunities in the harvest of marine life; 3.) to permit the taking of shell and fill material in a manner not detrimental to marine habitat; and 4.) to provide the consumer with high quality, wholesome seafood products.
