dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this task was to provide written comments on the adequacy of all available reports with a specific view to meeting the needs of the water quality modeling effort. To do so a review was made of the Area-Wide Sewage Plan Reports, produced for the Houston-Galveston Area Council by Turner, Collie, & Braden, Inc., and Bernard Johnson Engineers, Inc. These reports were evaluated with the only criterion being how adequately various modeling requirements were met or anticipated. Since the reports were not originally written for modeling purposes, they can only be evaluated, not criticized. The chief criterion of this evaluation was the inclusion of data that is needed as mathematical modeling input. Aside from this criterion, only a few additional questions were raised. | en_US |
