This is a comprehensive report on the strategies and projects intended to be used by the Citizen's Advisory Committee in helping to meet the goals of the Comprehensive Conservation and Management Plan (CCMP) adopted by the Barataria-Terrebonne National Estuary Program (BTNEP). These strategies and projects focus primarily on education of the public through direct contact, articles, fact sheets, general news releases, and outreach efforts such as workshops and seminars. In addition, this report addresses the responsibility of the Citizen's Advisory Committee to insure that the public's concerns and ideas, in turn, reach the BTNEP management members.en_US
