Dredged Material Management and State Coastal Management Programs: Lessons from a Workshop in New Orleans, Louisiana

This report summarizes the discussions and recommendations developed at a workshop on dredged material management and state coastal management programs held in New Orleans, Louisiana, on January 20, 21, and 22, 1999. The workshop was jointly sponsored by the National Dredging Team, the Office of Ocean and Coastal Resource Management of teh National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, and the Coastal States Organization. The National Academy of Public Administration facilitated the workshop and prepared this report.
