The Task Force has addressed a comprehensive scope of issues. The report is divided into four issue areas outlining recommendations developed in accordance with the original siting, Financial Responsibility, Waste Reduction, and Enforcement committees, respectively. The recommendations have been reviewed and adopted by the Task Force as a whole. Included within each of the issue areas are recommendations which relate to recommendations in other areas. These are cross-referenced so as to provide the link with complementary recommendations. It is helpful to follow the references in order to conceptualize composite recommendations.
