Abstract
Monthly growth increments of oysters were estimated at 2.8 mm for the 1962 year-class and 3.3 mm for the 1961 class. The largest oyster concentrations appear to be in Tres Palacios Bay. Heavy spat setting occurred on Gadwall Reef and Sand Point Reef.
