Rules and guidance regarding the dredging and dredged material disposal and placement requirements of the Texas Coastal Management Program

This report provides a single point of reference relating to dredging and dredged material disposal and placement in accordance with the rules and policies of the Coastal Management Program (CMP). It contain an overview of all the rules relating to dredging activities which are the requirements of the CMP, including explanations and background information on rule development and amendments.
