Abstract
Presentation made by C.C. Keeble on the anticipated benefits -- as well as the reasonably anticipated detriments -- which will accrue if the Corps of Engineers grants the requested permit (drilling), clearly showing that such benefits, in our (Exxon's) opinion, far outweigh the reasonably anticipated detriments of the action and activity here proposed.
