Abstract
There are two purposes to this report. The first is to present a description of successful methods used in sampling and analyzing the plankton and benthos of a shallow estuarine system and the water conditions associated with them. The second is to present data on the species composition and standing crop of each of these groups of the San Antonio Bay System during the period from March through August, 1972.
