Supportive studies were conducted concurrently by the Texas Water Quality Board and Trinity River Authority. The cooperative study included Galveston, Trinty, East, and West Bays, and was designed to collect a comprehensive data set to delineate the hydrodynamic and chemical characteristics of the estuarine complex.
