A major theme of the MBP and CBEP is to take action now to protect and restore the Bay ecosystems. To achieve this agenda, the MBP and CBEP are interested in better understanding the many implementation and demonstration activities that have been undertaken in other estuary programs and how they may apply to the problems facing Massachusetts and Casco Bays.
