An electrical analog model is described that can incorporate the geometry of the system studied and yield fluxes and concentration contours. For purposes of illustration, the model is applied to two problems. The first is a geometrical simple model whose known analytic solution provides a verification of the method, while the second is that of the effluents of a copper smelter proposed for the marshlands of Galveston Bayanalog modelsASW,USA,Texas,Galveston BayBayschemical pollutantschemicalsCopperDiffusionEffluentsestuariesGalveston BaymodellingO 4060 Pollution - Environmentpollution dispersionPollution monitoringQ5 01502 Methods and instrumentsTexasUSAYieldAnalog model of diffusion in bays and estuariesJournal
