Our original NPDES permit was granted in 1997 by the EPA and we are in the process of a renewing our permit with TCEQ. We are a Phase I city. We implemented our permit through the Storm Water Management Plan, which was revised with each yearly report..... The program has been fairly successful, but we are taking an aggressive posture to ensure continuing progress and improvement over the life of the renewal permit. In addition, we are building a Task Force to educate, investigate, and eliminate storm water pollutant sources.water qualityhabitatecologywatershed managementstorm waterbayouspollutionmonitoringPasadena's Current Storm Water ProgramBook
