Chlorophyll A was measured in concentration by a fluorometric method which represented the pigment concentration. Primary production and inflow of freshwater into the Nueces estuary were also conducted. Results of experiment are discussed for the Bays for the five different experimental stations. The chlorophyll concentration was determined by nutrient surveying conducted once a month. Zooplankton sampling was also conducted for this purpose but it was conducted twice a month.inflowprimary productionbaysBook
