Economic Progress in Texas: The Critical Issues

The purpose of this report is to identify policy issues which are critical to continued economic and community growth in Texas. The Institute believes that this report will be useful to businesses and community leaders in Texas and will be of great value to policy makers and administrators at all levels. Only through awareness of how the Texas economy has grown, changed, and may be changed by outside influences, can the State's economic and community growth be protected and enhanced.
