Abstract
Two buoys, furnished by the Willacy County Navigation District, and equipped with concrete block anchors and chain by the Texas Game and Fish Commission, were placed on natural rock fishing reefs, located northeast of Mansfield Pass, in the inshore Gulf of Mexico in July 1963.
