Statistical methods in hydrology

This book has been prepared to assist engineers and hydrologists develop an elementary knowledge of some statistical tools that have been successfully applied to hydrologic problems. The intent of the book is to familiarize the reader with various statistical techniques, point out their strengths and weaknesses and demonstrate their usefulness.
