Abstract

The purpose of this article was to relate climate to growth rates of the sea grass Halodule wrightii. The study was done in a relatively stable bed along the southeast coast of Brazil. Total biomass and distribution were sampled using SCUBA, and herbivore activity was monitored as well. Nutrient and sediment analyses were performed and included in the discussion.
