A total of 1,044 waterfowl band recoveries was made in Texas during the 1955 waterfowl hunting season. A compilation by species and by year is given in Table 1. Banding sites are shown in Figure 1, and distribution of the kill of waterfowl in Texas by county is shown in Figure 2.
