Draft - The Galveston Bay Plan

This document constitutes an initial draft of only a portion of the contents of the developing CCMP. The purpose of this draft is for review by the Management Conference of the GBNEP and its task forces involved in drafting these initiatives for Galveston Bay. Critical elements not included in this draft are sections on implementation, including identification of an implementing entity, funding of the plan, and state and federal enforcement via consistency review. This document is expected to undergo further review and development prior to release for public comment in Spring 1994.
