Abstract

One of the responsibilities of public planners and policymakers should be the collection and dissemination of information regarding the complexity of natural resources. Heretofore, projects in both the public and private realms have too often been undertaken without an adequate knowledge of constraints imposed by local land and water conditions. To contribute to the dissemination of information on the location of natural resources and selected human resources is the purpose of this report. This information should aid in the prudent use of the land and waters of the coast of Texas.
