Coastal Fisheries Plan, 1977-1978.

With the anticipated population growth along the Texas coast, increasing pressures and demands will be exerted on the coastal waters for agricultural, industrial and domestic uses and on the coastal resources for food and recreational activities. The purpose of this document is to present accomplishments of the plan during fiscal year 1977 and to update the plan for fiscal year 1978.
