Abstract

The primary objective of this community profile is to consolidate the ecological information pertaining to the interaction between petroleum platforms in the northwestern Gulf of Mexico and the resident biota. Offshore petroleum platforms represent habitat in the northwestern Gulf which is characterizes by distinctive faunal assemblages and species associations.
