San Antonio-Lavaca Bay Recreation Study: 1973 Survey Results and Analysis

The purpose of this report is to present the basic findings from the 1973 Survey of Sport Fishing. The survey was conducted by personal interviews during selected weeks in June, July, and August of 1973. The sites chosen for the study included all major access points on San Antonio, Espiritu Santo, Matagorda, and Lavaca Bays. Chapter II of this report will present some general aspects of the survey such as the types of questions, percent response, and survey site descriptions. Chapter III contains the basic findings from the survey and Chapter IV will provide the summary and conclusions. Appendix A includes the survey form and instructions to the interviewers.
