Abstract
This report combines scientific characterization of the bay described in the Santa Monica Bay Restoration Plan report (1993) and other technical investigations. Recommendations for action which comprise the plan are discussed in full. Concerns such as pollution prevention, public health protection, habitat restoration, and resource management are addressed.
