Abstract

Galveston Bay is the largest estuary system in Texas and the seventh largest in the nation. The estuary is also the largest in the country for commercial fishing and third largest seaport in the nation. All of these aspects about Galveston Bay are discussed on this videocassette. The video answers questions about the estuary and its resources, economic aspects of the bay, and the constant changes of the estuary.
