Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to present results from a comprehensive stormwater monitoring program in Houston, Texas. Detailed statistical analyses of the data are presented to indicate pollutant load-runoff relationships. Effect of antecedent condition or length of time since the last rainfall is investigated. The prediction of storm loads is introduced for developed areas through application of a simplified loading model. Finally, a total storm load prediction is tested as a function of storm sampling frequency using actual data.
