Environmental Law Update - 1978

The State Bar of Texas' Environmental Law Section co-sponsored a two-day institute on Environmental Law in Houston on Thursday and Friday, February 23 and 24, 1978. This book was prepared for that institute. The purpose of the institute and, therefore, the articles in this booklet, is to provide a broad, but detailed, overview of recent important developments in the Environmental Law area.
