The Containment of Oil on Water and Its Removal from the Coastal Water of Aransas, San Patricio, and Nueces Counties, State of Texas

Part I of this study on "The Containment of Oil on Water and its Removal from the Coastal Water of Aransas, San Patricio, and Nueces Counties" is a report on the "State of the Art", fulfulling "Charge #1 and #2". It recommends the purchase of certain equipment as well as methods to employ in effecting the cleanup of an oil spill on these coastal waters. This Part II is the Contingency Plan, fulfilling "Charge #3". The plan provides for minimum supervisory personnel and, is the authority to use and maintain that equipment proposed in Part I. It also requires that the personnel keep abreast of new developments and techniques to maintain an up-to-date preparedness.
