A regulatory guidance document for applications to divert, store, or use state water

The purpose of this report is to provide clarity and consistency regarding state administration of water rights and to ensure that water right applications are reviewed in a timely and efficient manner. Also included in this report is a summary of Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission's existing policies and rules used to review and take action on applications for new or amended water rights.
