Trans-Texas Water Program: southeast area: draft memorandum: planning information update

This memorandum summarizes the results of the revised population and water demand forecast for the Southeast Area. Incorporated into this revision are all the changes adopted within the Consensus Planning effort and the updates to the previous Phase I planning projections. All future water strategies and water system facility planning will be based on population, water demand and water supply values contained in this memorandum.
