Submerged and Floating Aquatic Plants of South Louisiana

This publication is intended to provide a quick aid for the indentification of submerged or floating aquatic plants and can be carried in the field. It is hoped that it will provide useful in developing Wetland and Conservation Plans for landowners/users in South Louisiana. The plants illustrated at life size, with only two exceptions (Spadderdock Cowlily and American Lotus). These two are too large to fit on one page. In these a inch indicator accompanies the drawing so that scale can be determined.
