Abstract
This Phase II Technical Progress Report includes the modeling progress made since October, 1968, as well as an engineering analysis of water quality data taken during this period. A background and review of previous modeling work is presented, followed by a description of the data management system which processes all data relevant to this project. Following the data analysis section the mathematical models are described in detail, including a final chapter on optimization modeling.
