Abstract
The report describes the future quality of water for the year 2010 in the United States Study Commission - Texas area and determines the amounts of augmentation water required to maintain the water quality criteria adopted by the Commission. The report is to serve as a guide in determining and locating points and reaches in the eight river basins under study that may need water quality control. This report does not specify sources of water to be used for quality control. The study and analysis of the river basins and adjoining areas show a total need of 827,920 acre-feet of augmentation water to control the deficiency in dissolved oxygen.
