Abstract
The proposed action consists of construction of a portion of Beltway 8 as a controlled access freeway in Harris County. A slight increase in noise level in a residential subdivision will occur. The air pollution products of vehicles will be transferred from another area to the proposed location. The water of Buffalo Bayou may be subjected to a temporary increase in pollution during construction.
